It is that time of year again as OTA's Chief Operating Officer, Gene Longobardi reminds us:
"Each year at this time we begin the frenzied an exciting activities to prepare for our annual International Conference. And every year, we start with the same thoughts: “I can’t believe how fast this year has gone by." And “How do we top last year?”
This will be our 14th conference and each one has been better, bigger, more impactful and more exciting than the previous year. Our theme this year, Relentless Commitment, reflects not only our brand promise focused on our employees, our students, and our franchises, but our way of life: the OTA WAY!
Relentless Commitment is our covenant to constantly improve our business, to remain focused on doing the right things in the right way, of treating each other and all of our students and prospects with respect and love, of interacting with the highest level of integrity and fairness, and to innovating vigorously for the benefit of all of our stakeholders, now and always.
We are excited to be together with you again this year as we celebrate major breakthroughs, educate ourselves on the latest business innovations, share the vision of our exciting future, and deepen our Relentless Commitment to each other and to our students. Ours is a high calling – to enrich the lives worldwide, what an amazing journey!"

Beach Day - Saturday, October 19th
All are welcome to join us for a day at the beach to help kick off the 14th annual International Conference with a day of fun in the sun and mingling with your toes in the sand. Be sure to register so we get a proper count on attendance for food and desired activities.
Presenter Skills Workshop - Sunday, October 20th - 12p - 4p
All Presenters are welcome to join us before conference for a day of Presenter Training. Registration required.
Sales Leadership Workshop - Sunday, October 20th - 12p - 4p
All Education Directors, General Managers are welcome to join us before conference for a day of Sales Leadership Training. Registration required.
Welcome Reception - Sunday, October 20th - 6p - 8:30p
This years International Conference Welcome Reception is 1980's themed! Break out the neon and leg warmers. Dust off those slap bracelets and Miami Vice suits. It's time to revisit the 80s! There will be fun and games to participate in and some funky fresh entertainment. Between the food and beverages, creative decor, and entertainment, you better come ready for fun kick start to this year's conference '80's style!
Awards Banquet & After Party - Tuesday, October 22nd - 7p - 1a
Our theme for this year's Awards Banquet is Black & White! We're throwing it back to a simple and elegant time. This isn't the event for a simple black dress or suit. This is an evening to show off the true class and beauty behind black and white fabrics, florals, gowns, lace and style. Enjoy the theme as much as you'd like.
