We asked Online Trading Academy to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.
- Complimentary Meals: All employees receive free breakfast and lunch every day. Employees may also chose from vegan, vegetarian, or Kosher options. We also host monthly birthday/anniversary celebrations with snacks and cake. Ice cream socials happen randomly in addition to a Summer BBQ and Christmas party. Always plenty of food within reach!
- Financial Education Programs: All employees have access to all of our on-campus and online courses. Where else can you get free education on the most important decisions you make...financial ones!?
- Complimentary Car Wash: We offer onsite weekly car washes and employees receive 1 free car wash per month.
- Essential Training Programs: We offer ongoing live and online training for all roles across the organization.
- Prize Giveaways: Each monthly birthday/anniversary celebration, we have a department host a warm-up game where departments or individuals compete for prizes such as movie tickets or gift cards...and bragging rights! Everyone on site or on virtual cameras gets to participate!
- Financial Assistance: Upon request, OTA offers interest-free financial assistance to employees who may need help with unexpected expenses, up to $2000/employee.
- Fitness Club: OTA offers subsidized memberships at 24 Hour Fitness.
- Corporate Discounts: OTA offers employees access to partnership programs that provide discounts on dining and entertainment.
