Authorization and Release

By clicking on the “Submit” button I agree that I give the attached testimonial (Testimonial) voluntarily and willingly. I hereby grant to Newport Exchange Holdings Inc., dba Trading Academy, its officers, employees, representatives, agents and assign the right and permission to publish, reproduce, distribute, broadcast and/or otherwise use the Testimonial and my name in Trading Academy classes and presentations as examples of the application of the Trading Academy trading and investing education.

I authorize Trading Academy to use the Testimonial which may include my name, likeness, voice and biographical information (“Personal Information”), any still or moving photographic image, silhouette or sound recording of me (a “Performance”), in such manner, in any medium now known or later developed, including but not limited to websites, social media, television broadcasts, radio shows, print advertising and posters, worldwide, forever, for any such purposes, in whole or in part, as Trading Academy shall determine in its sole discretion without further compensation or consideration to me and without further authorization by me.

I affirm (1) that any statements or endorsements made by me in the Testimonial, my Personal Information and any Performance, are factually accurate and represent my honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences, and (2) that I was not compensated in exchange for my endorsement. I also hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Trading Academy from and against any and all liability, resulting from any use of my name and the Testimonial, my Personal Information, and any Performance.

I hereby warrant that I am over eighteen years of age, and competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before clicking the “Submit” button and that I fully understand what it means.
