Our award-winning Customer Care and CliK Support Team, recognized for high customer service survey results, quick resolutions and proactive service is available to help students optimize their educational experience at OTA. Whether you need help accessing our virtual classrooms, logging into online labs, utilizing CliK or simply need assistance with a forgotten password, our Customer Care and CliK Support Team is available to walk with you through the process. A centralized case-management system allows the Team to track each one of their support interactions with students and enables the Team to be accountable to students for timely responses.

Along with OTA’s team of enrollment and student support specialists, the Customer Care and CliK Support Team is available with open arms to assist however they can.  Everyone has a vested interest in your success!
