Rehman Moledina
Equities and Personal Trading Plan Instructor
Rehman began his trading career in 1998 while in university studying economics and finance. His career in the industry began
in Investment Accounting with a Fortune 500 company, eventually working in the Valuations Division directly under the portfolio
managers of the firm. He later joined a private mutual fund company where he dealt with institutional and retail portfolios.
Rehman has completed his CSC, CPH, DLC, and OLC designations and is currently in pursuit of the Derivatives Market Specialist
designation. In addition, he obtained his license with the Investment Dealers Association to trade Equity, Mutual Funds, Fixed
income and Derivative products.
Before joining Online Trading Academy, he was responsible for a portfolio valued at over $240 million with a top Canadian
brokerage firm.
Rehman’s passion is simply to trade and to teach. In class, he enjoys sitting with each student one-on-one while they are
trading to ensure that the skills required to become successful traders are being developed.
