Ryan Kiick focuses on strategic initiatives designed to find new students, create better enrollment processes and ensure that anyone who wants to boldly pursue a better informed financial future can do so. He believes that for too long real financial intelligence has been kept by too few – and OTA is the change so many people need.
Mr. Kiick has spent over 15 years helping folks overcome educational barriers that keep people from reaching their true potentials – first running Eureka Review, a private tutoring company, and later as Senior Vice President & GM of The Princeton Review, then the second largest test preparation company in the United States. While there, Mr. Kiick relentlessly reminded his team that if you focus on happy students and employees, healthy P&Ls naturally result. He grew the company’s bottom line while improving student satisfaction and aided in two successful sales for the company’s stakeholders.
Feeling he had done well professionally, Mr. Kiick was astounded to see just how big a gap there remained between where he was and where he wanted to be. He knew there had to be a better way – one that not enough people are talking about - and he found it at Online Trading Academy. Now he wants to help close that gap for as many people as possible.
Mr. Kiick can think of no better place to live with his wife and daughter while trying to change the world than Southern California. The two loves of his life.
