VP Franchise Support
Mark A. Patrick joined Online Trading Academy on November, 1, 2011, and is now VP of Franchise Support. In the
past 15 years, Mr. Patrick has held Vice President and Director Roles primarily in Sales Training, Recruitment, Marketing and Business Development.
From June 2009 to October 2011, Mr. Patrick was Director of Sales for Expense Reduction Analysts, Inc., (“ERA”) a Carlsbad, CA franchisor of business
services franchises. Before being promoted to this position, Mark was a Recruiting Manager for ERA from July 2008 to June 2009. From May 2006 to June
2008, Mark was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Security Certified Program, a provider of IT security training based out of Geneva, IL. Mr. Patrick
was also employed by New Horizons Computer Learning Centers Worldwide in four different positions over a 9 year period, working his way up to Regional Vice
President of the Pacific Region, where he had management responsibility for 5 training locations in Southern California, overseeing 100 employees consisting
of approximately 35 sales people, 25 trainers, and 30 support staff.
It has always been a goal of Mr. Patrick’s to help improve an organization’s sales processes and styles and to develop the skills that it takes to
transform the lives of others. He also greatly enjoys making other people better at what they do and helping them attain greater successes in their
business and personal lives. Helping others understand his successful communication processes and attitudes will strongly develop an ongoing, life-long
career in helping them to succeed by making other people better at what they want to do.
Mr. Patrick lives in Gilbert, AZ, with his wife and 3 boys, all active in tennis and gymnastics.
