Michael Young

Michael Young began his trading career in 1980 on the floor of the Chicago Board of Options Exchange as an independent floor trader, both making markets and becoming an expert in hedging risk. As the edge on the floor started to disappear in the late 1990’s, Michael left to continue his career from home via screen based trading. 

While on the floor, Michael hired and taught over 50 traders how to be market makers and trade options. He brings his passion for trading and teaching to his Online Trading Academy classes. As an Instructor, Michael makes learning how to think like a professional a constant theme, as well as fully understanding the concept of edge.
