Enrollment Counselor & Senior Enrollment Counselor position: Our Sales Counselors use a relational and consultative approach in their sales and customer service. Our enrollment team works with warm leads that are generated from a myriad of sources. Our website and dozens of our affiliated sites as well as national and local marketing combine with referral programs to generate upwards of 5000 warm leads per month company wide. A significant percentage of the sales will also come from repeat student customers. Applicants must be of high character and competency in all of the following areas. They must have verifiable work experience:

• Telephone sales experience. Related contact software experience (Preferred but not required.)
• Experience in sales of intangible education products preferred but not required.
• High quality interpersonal skills - ability to make others trust and be comfortable with you.
• Must have knowledge of various sales techniques and have closing experience.
• Is highly productive in unsupervised situations (self starting and organized)
• Must be flexible to company needs - time and duties, able to work Saturdays, is not limited to a 40 hour work week, may wear many hats especially during new company start
• Preferred but not required is knowledge in trading and investments.
• Multi-lingual not required but a plus.
• Excited to work for new company and help it succeed. 
• Senior Enrollment Counselors must possess all of the above plus a proven, unquestionable ability and desire to lead by example.

Office Assistant Position:Online Trading Academy Tampa is seeking an Office Assistant who will be of high character and competency in all of the following areas. Must have verifiable work experience.

• Excellent telephone skills
• Excellent word processing skills
• Must be flexible to company needs - time and duties, able to work Saturdays.
• Is expeditious during considerable amounts of multitasking - will be involved in many short term projects as well as intermediate term and some long term all at once. You must have proven success in this and ability to deliver without stress.
• Is highly productive in unsupervised situations (self starting and organized)
• Is proficient in office computer use (Word, excel, power point, Adobe, etc.)
• Tremendous customer service skills a must with some sales experience desired
