Online Trading Academy Signs Up as Preferred Education Partner of the Singapore Mercantile Exchange
International educational services provider for trading across financial markets to create specialized course on the

Singapore, February 22, 2011 - Singapore Mercantile Exchange (SMX), the first trans-Asian multi-product commodity and currency derivatives exchange,
has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Online Trading Academy (OTA), a global financial markets educator, as a Preferred Education Partner
for SMX members to access world-class trading and investment training through the expansion of Online Trading Academy’s specialist services tailored
around SMX products.
The MoU will see Online Trading Academy incorporating SMX products into existing Online Trading Academy commodity and Forex courses, among several
other mutually-beneficial agreements including the production and delivery of education by Online Trading Academy regarding the benefits of trading and
investing SMX products.

Launched on August 31, 2010, SMX provides multi-currency multi-asset trading and clearing for products with guaranteed settlement and delivery. It

first gold futures contract (with physical delivery-based settlement) and Euro-US Dollar currency futures.
