Steve Beaumont
Equities, Forex, and Personal Trading Plan Instructor

Having been in education since the early 90’s and qualifying at the University of Hertfordshire as a teacher, Steve has taught a variety of audiences and managed teaching teams in the public and private education sector. He was hired by the United Kingdom centre to help set up the training environment and organize the teaching processes locally. Trained by Online Trading Academy he quickly found the attraction of Foreign Exchange Trading, developing his own style and methodologies enabling him to live a lifestyle he only dreamed of two years ago. Influenced by other Online Trading Academy instructors and supported by the Online Trading Academy network he now trades for his income and keeps in touch with the Online Trading Academy network through his instruction. Steve made the decision to leave full time employment with Online Trading Academy UK in March 2008 and supports the centre with workshops and presenting at the Graduates club. His trading style is focused on tight stops trading the European open, early in the morning from low volatility and letting his winners run whenever possible. He has taught traders from Tunisian and Libyan central banks and been contracted by the North African International Bank. He is enjoying the benefits of travelling and the experiences of the Online Trading Academy network.

"When I teach for Online Trading Academy I make it my mission that every student will understand precise planned entries and exits and leave with a proven trading strategy and plan. I reflect on my experiences of becoming an income trader, so that my students never need to make my mistakes. I also share my personal trading journals and performance analysis techniques, as I believe anyone can learn this life changing skill."

What students are saying about Steve Beaumont:

“As I stated earlier, Steve Beaumont is definitely the "Professor of Forex trading and instruction." His style and integrity specific to the subject and trading in general is "dead on" and something anyone interested in trading should hear. He does not hold back, challenges your thinking and ensures your understanding of what is being communicated, and how it actually happens in the market. I also liked the fact that he was very prepared, and in addition to the class instruction, he provided each of us with material to reinforce our learning and thinking. This clearly demonstrates his dedication as a trade instructor, and his desire to see each of us succeed. He is truly a "jewel.” Cassandra J., April 2009

"Steve Beaumont is an excellent instructor and really enjoys sharing his insight and knowledge of the Forex market. I learned so much about entering a trade at the correct time and trading for less risk. He greatly increased my confidence in trading. Thank you very much for a great class.” Robert H., February 2009

"Steve has excellent communication skills - different trading style to what I have been previously taught which will add to my trading repertoire. Steve is a great teacher and it is clear he really cares about the students." Philippe M., January 2009

"Steve speaks with credibility as he matches his excellent teaching ability with his equally excellent trading skill."Sofronio C., December 2008

"Steve is an excellent instructor! This is the second time I've taken the class! Steve's knowledge grew and was passed to us! There were more tips to help us be better traders!" Joe K., December 2008

"Steve's primary goal is in providing each student with the knowledge, tools, and application for becoming a trader who trades for free while learning." HJ B., December 2008

"Steve was a great instructor. Really hammered home and demonstrated entry and exit points. I learned how to read charts and use tools to increase probability of a trade's success...which minimizes overall risk of trade. Fantastic!" Jeff E., December 2008

"Steve is clearly very skillful, knowledgeable and interesting and made my course week enjoyable. Liked the time on Thursday when we all faced our machines and we went into a trade together. More of these might be a good idea to get us, individually, to look at our own screens and step by step look at each bar forming and be instructed to look at the various different time screens. It was really helpful. A repetition of these would help us 'picture' in our minds." Hashmita M., November 2008

“Steve Beaumont has totally changed my trading. During this week I also traded live after class. This has been the most successful week of trading I have had so far. Prior to this retake, I traded a bit and lost money. This week I more than exceeded my target. I would now strongly recommend Steve Beaumont to anyone who would like to learn to trade.” Raju N., October 2008

"Knowledge is Power" is never more true than when it comes to trading. It is too easy to lose money in the markets. Steve Beaumont knows how to teach. He makes the complex simple so Forex becomes understandable and puts you on the right path with a disciplined approach to trading." David D., September 2008

"Steve is a good instructor who also generates a fun environment which encourages everyone to contribute. Online Trading Academy training is fantastic. Very well delivered with humor but concrete examples. Questions were answered and re-explained so that the whole group was gathered for the next stage. S. B., July 2008

"Steve is very good communicator and teacher, hands on and very practical. Emphasizes the ingredients for success in the real world." C Y., March 2008

"I am 58 years old and never traded anything before. The class was a complete culture-shock from day one. By the end of the 4-day course I was able to plan and execute an intra-day trade with confidence and, most importantly, know why I took the trade. Steve created a relaxed atmosphere, and the ability to ask any question without risk of being put down or ignored. I always got a full and satisfactory answer. Excellent in all respects." A. G., March 2008

"Hi Steve, Remember me? My problem was I would win 4 trades and then lose 4 trades and after my course with you, the first few days nothing had changed apart from the fact that I was able to analyze why I shouldn’t have taken the four bad trades, HOWEVER, today I celebrated my first day of no losing trades. In the 3 trades I netted 97 pips which awarded me $485. I do my home work the night before and keep abreast of the fundamentals. I’d like to say thank you once again for helping me create another income." M. D., February 2008
